Cannot see complete value of Attribute on information page

I have one attribute and enabled a constraint string , length of string is 1200, however on information it is not showing the complete value, it truncated the string after 700 characters. 

To see the complete value I have to edit it.

    You need to start edit mode in the type and attribute management.

      Yeah, I can see this , but cannot edit.

      Is there any way to change these values ?
