The attached report allows the user to find markup and annotations created against a particular CAD Object or by a particular user. This was written against Windchill 9.1 but may also work with later versions of Windchill (Not Tested).
Included in the report is a reverse engineered link to open the annotation in Creo View. This was only included because of an issue with the annotations not showing in the UI. This column can be removed if you are not facing this issue.
