Hi,

Export workflow with error

 

wt.workflow.definer.WfExportImportHandler.addWfRolesResetMap(WfExportImportHandler.java:850)

 

How to fix?

Try to restart windchill and clear the cache...

Cache can sometimes cause many strange problems

Perform following steps to 'Reset' workflow roles

  1. Edit the affected workflow template from 'Workflow Template Administration'
  2. Click Properties of workflow and select to Roles tab
  3. Select Reset for all listed roles > Save and Check in the modified workflow template
  4. Again Edit the affected workflow template. Click Properties of workflow and select to Roles tab
  5. *Unselect* Reset for all listed roles > Save and Check in the modified workflow template again
Note : PTC recommends backing up the data before performing any changes

Fixed after restart

I don't know why
