Getting an error while checking out an Object in Windchill PDMLink

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 11.1 and Datecode with CPS M010

The child folder could not be found. Parent folder: "Personal Cabinet - Aministrator" Child folder name: Checked Out"

Hi @Ashish_Bhusa 

I would check the context(product) ACL rules and if a user has correct licence group.

Anyway I would open a Support Case.

    earlier we had resolve the issue with PTC, however now they do not support Windchill PDMLink 11.1 and want us to raise a community thread for the issue.

    Previous resolution: Requested details on the issue to clarify and troubleshoot the issue
    -- Reverted the Database entries from 'subfolder' table from the backup.

    However the current environment is on Oracle and there is no backup.

    Any suggestions would be helpful.

    Oh Windchill without backup? This is not good news especially if the previous solution was the reversing database from backup. .

    Check if user is having necessary permissions using : Open the object > Actions > Access Control.

     

    If users do not have access, then check with you ACL, from error it looks like user  does not have permission to the folder where the object is stored

    Checked the access Control and it has full access, Site, Administrator access
