How to iterate Windchill work Package?

Hi,

 

Is it possible to checkout and check-in windchill work package?

As I understood after locking the package we can revise it (E.g from A.1 to B.1)

Can we iterate windchill work package (E.g from A.1 to A.2)?

If yes please provide me the information.

While it looks like DB and attributes show that it has iteration ability likely as a consequence of being versionable, it does not appear that any edits or changes roll the iteration. I tried changing description and items in the package and it stayed the same.
