We are not doing 3D PDFs yet but we looked into it last year. I think the dominate player in the 3D PDF, TDP world is Anark.

 

I don't think they have a PDF solution but you may be interested in taking to Capvidia. They are a big player in the MBD space although I don't think they have a neutral format like PDF that everyone can view without installing their software.

Anark is the big player... also for the big $$$.  a small solution is around $85k a year from what I understand
