Remove object from user's workspace by administrator.

Dear all,

I am trying to delete a Windchill object which is added in an user's workspace. while deleting it is showing below error:

"Cannot delete part because it is in following workspace".

even i chose option "Remove from workspace and delete" but still throwing the same error.

I have admin login, do I have rights to remove the object from someone's workspace and delete it?

thanks @VladimirN, the part was associated in an assembly that is why it was showing that error.
