Windchill Risk & Reliability (or WQS) connection with Silicon Expert database

Hi,

Is there a way to connect the Windchill Risk & Reliability (or WQS) tool to Silicon Expert database in order to pre-fill most of the component parameters (Thermal resistance, voltage rating etc…)?

Is the built-in database is up to date?
Is there a tutorial to build automatically a board assembly based on manufacturer part number by using the built-in database?
