about license user limit and multi access

Hi,

Do the limited (i.g. 10 people) users listed in the Thingworx license include regular users and administrators? Or include only managers?

Is there a problem that can occur when multiple users try to access a mashup(i.g. monitoring mashup page) with one account?

Hi @CHASEONHO i think the number of users limit mentioned in the license feature relates to the number of users that can be created in the system. I don't think they limit the number of users that can access the mashup simultaneously. Are you seeing otherwise? Are you seeing any errors?
