Acknowledge Alert

Firstly in ThingWorx if a property Alert is triggered when data change happened, the Alert will be in an "Unacknowledged" status;

Then you should see it in Monitoring->Alert Summary->Unacknowledged queue

When user notices this Alert and want to acknowledge it, he/she could click the Acknowledge button on the right of this page(you could also acknowlege it with build-in service).

Please explain more and let us know if this is not what you want to know.
