Advanced Grid Search query

Hi,

I wanted to use the advanced grid search box. I wrote a script with query as input and getting the data for grid from another query which returns a table. But after implementing it, its not working. Please guide me the right way to do it.

Query for tableQuery for tableQuery for Search with Query as inputQuery for Search with Query as input

Have you looked into  the Gid Advanced sample entities? There is an example on how to do a search query.
