What type of Air conditioner is this and does it have any way to share its information?

we have a samsung Triple Inverter split type air conditioner Model AK24RV3HEWKNNA

I surfed in the website whether it has a communication ports and got that there is a RS 485 communication port

can you pls share me some ideas so that i can process further

Sounds like you'll need to create some 'gateway' that connects to the RS can read the values from the AC and transmit that.

PTC does have edge agent technology which can provide seamless connection into Thingworx, you'll still need to figure out how to connect to the RS and read the AC values and then cast that into the proper form for Thingworx.
