Annotation on chart

Is there any charts on which annotations can be added? I need a chart on which a user can click on a particular point and add annotation.

Could you provide more information regarding your use case?  For example, do you want to store the annotation provided by the user?  Once we have a better understanding of what is needed, we can possibly suggest a solution.
