Application Freezing When Navigating Between Menus Quickly in ThingWorx 9.1.13

Hi all,

I'm facing an issue in my ThingWorx application (version 9.1.13-b1101) where the entire application becomes unresponsive when I rapidly switch between different menu items at runtime.

It seems to happen when I navigate too quickly, before the current menu fully loads. The UI freezes completely and Iā€™m forced to refresh the browser to recover. This behavior is consistent and reproducible, especially when navigating between menus itmes.

Check All Logs
Application,Script,Communication but it should nothing.
I would appreciate any suggestions on how to prevent this freeze or handle the navigation more gracefully.

Hi,

I had a problem that looks like this in 9.3.4 version. It has been fixed later in 9.5: https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS394571

I would suggest you to upgrade your ThingWorx version.
