apply menu item permissions

In the ThingWorx 8.4.3-b2219, I am unable to apply menu item permissions (using user groups) as an administrative task. In previous versions this feature was usable. I am also unable to find a solution using scripting.

Hi @jankes11.

 

Can you provide more detail regarding your inability to apply menu item permissions?  Are you receiving an error?  Are you not understanding the process compared to previous versions of ThingWorx?

 

Please let us know your steps to recreate the issue so we can assess.

I am still able to either go through permissions to collections to menus and apply Visibility/Runtime/Design Time

 

Or open a menu and click on permissions to do the same for a single menu.
