Hi,Remote access is not displayed in asset management.What should be done to resolve this problem?

Hi,

I would check few things:

1. If Remote Thing is connected.

2. If Remote Thing has Tunneling enabled.

3. If Remote Thing is implementing specific Thing Shapes: TW.RSM.ManagedAsset &

TW.RSM.ThingShape.Asset. (Those shapes are already in TW.RSM.Template.AssetWithTunnelsAndFileTransfer or TW.RSM.Template.AssetWithTunnels )
