Assign permissions to the MENU ,so that it become visible to users other than Administrator

1. make the Menu entity visible to the users you want

2. If needed, you can add groups in the Menu Item. And only the users in the group can see this Menu direction in the mashup.

To check why your Menu does not show in the mashup runtime, you need to check the F12 - network for 404 or 401 errors, and you'll know why it's happening.
