Automatic refresh not working

Hello,

We have a project with mashup that include auto-refresh, which is working fine when it is run on the machine that has a sign-in on the thingworks server. When we share the link with someone else to test it, it needed to be manually refreshed. 

Is there a solution to fix this? Is this something to fix inside thingworks? or does it need to be done on the internet browser using some java command?
