Automatic Windows Authentication (Directory Services already working)

Hello,

 

I have successfully enabled a directory services entity for handling authentication with our Active Directory.

 

What I am wondering is if Thingworx can support Windows Authentication, wherein the Windows user that the browser the executable is running from automatically is authenticated in Thingworx without needing to provide credentials. Most of our other internal sites are doing this and I'd like our users to have this behavior on Thingworx, as well.

Hi @Brendan_McCoy I am not 100% on this but to me it looks like you could may be achieve this with a custom authenticator  - Single Sign On Authenticator. You could check via these links to see if this something that can meet your use case.

 

May be someone else here have any other idea.
