Blank Screen after login on FormLogin page in Thingworx 9

Blank screen is coming after login with Thingworx user on Form Login page of my organization

My user is part of user group and user group is a member of Organization

Home mashup of organization is already assigned with landing mashup and that mashup is being given the required permissions,

Application log is showing error Entity Not Found : [PlatformSubsystem] but platform subsystem is present in my Thingworx 9 environment

Hi @ranjank

The error Entity Not Found : [PlatformSubsystem] indicates that your user has not visibility permission on PlatformSubsystem.

You will need to add the visibility permission to your organization on PlatformSubsystem.
