Build C SDK issue - error LNK1104: cannot open file 'twCSdk.lib'

I am following https://developer.thingworx.com/resources/guides/thingworx-c-sdk-setup-guide/connection-test-setup

 

I initially faced a lot of errors in finding various paths, but after including the paths in VS 2013, I am stuck at 

 

 error LNK1104: cannot open file 'twCSdk.lib'

 

I found that there is no 'twCSdk.lib' file in the downloaded file. Is there any link for me to download it?

Could you attach the log of a full clean build? This error may be the result of an earlier build failure.
