Calling service API from Postman - 403

Hi. I cannot call a service over Postman/anywhere without 403 access denied.

It works fine from a mashup. Guessing I have the same issue as here: https://community.ptc.com/t5/ThingWorx-Developers/REST-API-test-of-simple-service-returns-HTTP-403/td-p/526341

However the solution there, when I try to do it and save the changes I get: INVALID SCN SET https://i.imgur.com/xCRTLWa.png

"You have to go to System / Subsystems / PlatformSubsystem / Configuration. Check "Allow Request Method Switch" and uncheck "Filter Content-Type"."

What could be the issue? Am I missing something?

Hi,

Please check this article: https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article?n=CS304668

A workaround is available:

  • Disable Metrics Reporting by deselecting the Metrics Reporting Enabled checkbox

Thank you,
