Can not start 30 eval server

Hi,

I just signed up to use your 30 day Cloud eval server. While the server was being provisioned, I accidently closed the browser. Now, when I login, all I get is the following as shown in the screenshot I have provided. I really have no idea how to start the Cloud Server and what else I should do.
