Can't Create Service for SQL(Query)

Dears, 

When I use Administrator account , I  can create service SQL (Query).

But when I use other account, I  can't create service SQL (Query).

Could anyone help me this problem ? Thank you~

Hi @Danny.

 

Please take a look at this article for gaining a better understanding of ThingWorx permissions.  Then I would recommend checking the logs to determine which permission is needed for which entity.

 

If you still have issues, please test it and provide the logs located at \ThingworxStorage\logs that captures the error.

Thank for your help, today I find the Article Non-Admin user fails to create services with SQL Query and SQL Command handler in ThingWorx that provide the solution.
