Can't Delete an Entity in thingworx, shows an Error

When ever I try to delete an Entity in TWX, it shows an error message:

but if I delete from VM(where TWX is installed), can delete successfully.
Thingworx version: 9.3

Thank @slangley , for the Article, this issue is fixed. Attaching modified web.xml file in the post for Thingworx 9.0+. 

hope this helps some Thingworx Developers facing same issue.

This is a rather strange error, you are logged in as the same person both times?

    @pshashipreetham，make sure you are connecting to the same Thingworx server? What is the error message in Thingworx's application log and error log? You may get more trace information by enabling trace logging refer to https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/cs227712
