Can't launch trial hosted server.

I am not able to view where the trial server option has gone(Top right corner of the page)

I am not able to launch it.

Can you provide more information? Is PTC hosting the server? If so, what is the url you are connecting to? Please be specific so we can determine how to correct the issue.
