Can't open a Thing

Hi guys,

I'm having a trouble, I can't open a Thing.

I've seen that restarting TomCat should resolve this issue, but in my case, it doesn't.

I've restarted the sub system aswell and it didn't work.

Here is the error I'm getting:

Encountered an error retrieving BatchExporterJDBC_PG - : :

In the Application Log I'm getting that [context: com.thingworx.webservices.context.HttpExecutionContext@764ee634][message: Java heap space]

Hi Frederik Grondin​,

Was this Thing created by code or manually from composer?

Does this Thing have a lot of Property and Services?

Does Java heap space error occurs when this Thing is opened or it occurs otherwise too?

What is you ThingWorx version, Database type/version, tomcat version?

The Java heap happened when I was trying to open the Thing.

I'm currently in ThingWorx 7.3 and there was no other error in the App. Log.

The thing had many services and properties.

I couldn't duplicate the thing as well and I wasn't able to export all the files that had the same tag as this thing.

I should close this issue as I deleted the thing and recreated it.
