Can't submit dataset

Hello,

In the ThingWorx Analytics Builder,any page just always refresh and there's nothing I can do.

But there's no problem yesterday.

Could you please check in settings tab if Analytics sever is up and connected?

it is the setting tabs you are talking about is this?

and i am confused about that the Analytics Server doesn't exist in the task manger. is it normal for that?

Hi @CCi_9 You can see the message, Analytics gateway not connected.

Hello @CCi_9

 

Can you conform "TW_ML_Session_Variables" ThingShape is attached to "UserManagementSubsystem" ?

 

If yes, try to run "setConfiguration" Service from "TW_ML_Configuration" thing.
