Can the ThingWorx platform be installed on Windows 10, or does it need to be on a windows server OS?

Can you install ThingWorx on a windows 10 machine with TomCat on and Postgres database on it and if so, will it have all the same capabilities as one that is installed on a server OS such as windows server 2016?

The simple answer is YES.

A regular Win 10 machine vs. a Win server are inherently different is all.
