I want to add Google Authenticator with Thingworx platform for making it 2FA enabled.  Do we any information on this?

You should look at Security Section of TW Documentation, for sure you can: http://support.ptc.com/help/thingworx_hc/thingworx_7_hc/#page/ThingWorx_Help_Center%2FThingWorxHelpCenterDITAFiles%2FSecurity%2FSecurity.html%23 you have plenty of options on TW in order to customize Authentication (Login Authenticators / Directory Services Authentication ).
