Can we create and test Weather app using arduino uno with Thingworxacademic platform ?

Hi Team,

I would like to know, is Thingworx subscription required to create and test weather app to update temperature and humidity.

I'm asking this question because I'm unable to update my arduino uno data in thingworx.

please let me know if this possible only for those who has account with thingworx.
