Cannot Start Composer - Failed to Return License Click Check

I cannot start ThingWorx Composer.  I have been using it successfully for the last several weeks with no issues.  Tried to login this morning aand it prompts me for username/password but then it throws the error message.  I have tried clearing the java cache, the Tomcat cache, the browser cache, restarted Tomcat, restarted my PC all with no luck.  I'm dead in the water at this point.  Any other ideas would be appreciated.

SEVERE: The web application appears to have started a

thread named but has failed to stop it. This is very likely

    to create a memory leak.

    Hi Mike,

Are you using a Firefox browser by any chance? Could you try logging onto the Composer using Chrome or IE?

    We
are also facing Failed to Return License ClickCheck error and not able to start thingworx composer.  We have created a java extension and imported
into thingworx. We got some error. We have restarted our tomcat server. But we
started getting the error Failed to ReturnLicense Click Check. We have done many thingworx tasks in this system.
We have also not taken the backup. Kindly let us know how to get this corrected
andt running?. We don’t want to lose what we have already done. Thanks.
