Cassandra Database Connection

I have data from different sensors regarding Temperature, CO2, Humidity values that are stored in Cassandra Database (local database) .Now, I want to push that data into thingworx Platform to visualise and perform analytics. How can I connect to cassandra Database and fetch data?
