chat window in ThingWorx

Hi,

1) Can we bring up the chat window (to chat with defined users) in ThingWorx?

2) Whenever the other defined users are online, it has to show that they are online.

Please give some idea if this is possible.

There is no out of the box available functionality for this. You can implement "currently connected users" feature without the chat with the available functions. Otherwise you would need to look into developing a custom extension or reaching out to Professional Services team to have this solution developed.
