Hi,

Can you indicate exact version?

This was solved in recent releases (I tested in 8.5.4 and is there).

Thanks,

Raluca Edu

Hi @Velkumar.

It appears that Raluca was able to answer your question, so it would be helpful for you to mark her reply as the Accepted Solution for the benefit of others on the community.

Since you're running 8.4.2, you can try installing the latest patch update (8.4.9) for resolving the issue in your instance.  Note that if you are running Manufacturing Apps, Service Apps, Navigate, etc., please check the documentation before upgrading.

If you have further questions, please let us know.

Regards.
