combo box visiblity issue in Thingworx 8.2

Hi,

Currently I am working on Thingworx 8.2, I am facing an issue where I used combo box and connected to an service but on runtime the combo box is not visible. I have checked the properties also and I couldnt understand why it doesnt show up in runtime.

Please provide some guidance.

Hello,

 

Can you click on the plus sign that is associated with all data in the service pane ,just check if any data is coming out of the service ? And second in the widget properties have you selected the Display field and value field .You need to select that out of all coming data from the service .You can refer the attached screenshot .
