Composer not opening.Redirect to http://localhost:8080/Thingworx/Home

I installed using PostgreSQL as persistence, when I try to load Composer it is redirecting to home page and issuing an error "This site can't be reached"

What error do you get in the Tomcat log or Application log?

I found a case that's similar to your condition

 

What's your version of TWX, OS, Tomcat, database and Java ?  There might be some un-compatible version inside.
