Configuring a scheduler event

Hi,

We are trying to schedule a event using scheduler template. But we are not able to configure it as per the instruction given by Ptc help. Can you please let us know what we are missing because in our Thing we are not able to find the configuration along with More option that is present in screenshot given by PTC.

This issue is corrected in 8.5, therefore you will need to upgrade.

The ThingWorx version we are using is 8.4 and below mentioned is the link that we are referring to.
