Connect a Yokogawa DCS with Thingworx

Hello,
What is the best solution for connecting a YOKOGAWA DCS with Thingworx?
I know that I will use kepware but what should I do in the hardware.

Without using  an Ethernet cable. because the DCS is very far from the server where Thingworx is installed.

 

We have a DCS yokogawa connected to laptop through ethernet from switch.

are you able to set up a wireless LAN/WAN to get the equipment connected through the Yokogawa DCS to your Kepserver?
