Connecting PTC Creo to ThingWorx server

Hi,

I am using Creo 4 M050 and Creo Product Insight for ThingWorx Extension 8.2.3. Currently facing an issue that I am not able to connect to ThingWorx server to retrieve sensor data from the server. When I click connect to server it shows error "Connection to ThingWorx server cannot be established" 

We are using .

Followed all the steps and configured the config.pro file, but then too facing issues while connecting to ThingWorx server.

Also find attached the config.properties file where we are giving details like ThingWorx server, Administrator key etc.

 

Please help me with the solution.
