connecting raspberry pi to thingworx

hi, im currently working on a project to connect a raspberry pi to thingworx, what i want to know is how to get data from the raspberry pi and display the data on thingworx. If anyone has done anything similar it would help me if you can give me some tips and ideas. thks in advance.
