Connecting to a Printer from Print Server

Hoping someone is able to answer this question.

We are trying to connect to a printer through a print server in ThingWorx to print a label.

We were wanting to know if anyone knew what the address format would be for this connection?

 
We've tried \\PrintServer\PrinterName and were not able to reach the printer yet.
Any insight would be appreciated.

Hi @BS_9645881 

 

Have you validated connectivity to the printer outside of ThingWorx using the unc path:  \\PrintServer\PrinterName.  Be sure to test it from the server running ThingWorx.

 

What error are you getting?
