Create integrity item using Integrity lifecycle manager extension in ThingWorx

I am trying to create integrity item using Integrity lifecycle manager extension in ThingWorx. But I am getting the below error:

Unable to Invoke Service CreateItem on IntegrityConnectorThing : Could not save item: MKS147911: The following fields which are mandatory have not been filled in: Project, Summary, Sprint Start Date, Sprint End Date

I have already created resource provide with type as Sprint.

When I try to add field values in service input it gives error: Must have a datashape to add rows

I need a sample how to use this service and add the required fields with datashape.
