Which version of ThingWorx are you running?  What version of the extension are you using?  Which version of Analytics are you running? Which version of Creo are you running?

What version of ThingWorx are you using? ThingWorx_Analytics_Console_Extension 8.4.0

What version of the extension are you using? Produc Insight by PTC Creo 7.0.0.0

Which version of Analytics are you using? PTC Creo Simulation Multibody and Creo Simulation Live, Option Modeler

  What version of Creo are you using? PTC Creo 7.0.0.0

Please provide the version of ThingWorx platform you're running. This is needed for confirming compatibility between product versions.  From Composer, you can find it by selecting Help > About.
