Custom authenticator is being ignored

Hi,

I created my custom authenticator of priority "350" , which is higher than ThingworxBasicHttpAuthenticator (400).

it's enabled, and working properly, but after a while (couple of hours or less) , Thingworx starts ignoring it and displaying the basic authentication popup.

I created a rest call with an appKey to a service which logs every time "matchesAuthRequest" or "authenticate" are being called , and they are being called at first, and after a while they are not logging !!, till I stop and start Thingworx instance from application server.

can someone help me please ?
