Custom Chart Extension Issue

I am having problems using time series chart v2. The extension is installed (TW v7.4) but when I try to use the widget I get the following error message;

12:41:10 ERROR - TW.Runtime.Workspace.Mashups.getWidget exception loading widget {

  name: Error,

  message: timeSeriesChartV2doesn't exist

}

There also seems to be a conflict where is causes the progress gauge extension to stop working

Has anyone else seen this?

    Could you please verify the versions of your tomcat and java? Also,w hich browser are you using? Have you downloaded the latest chart extensions from the marketplace to use in 7.4?

    I was not able to  reproduce the issue using time series chart v2 in 7.4:

    Thanks for your reply. I'm using a PTC hosted deployment so I guess I'll ask them to look into it.
