Data Filter and Column Sort with Advanced Grid

I'm having trouble getting Data Filter Widget to work with Advanced grid when Column Sorting is enabled. I tried passing the query from the Data Filter Widget to the Advanced Grid and then from there to the QueryDataTableEntries Service. The Data Filter works but when I uncheck filters the displayed data does not change. Included video for clarity.

    I just a talked to support. This issue is supposed to be fixed in version 8.5.

    Have you compared your bindings to  the sample Mashup provided, WeatherExample? It's packaged with the grid advanced extension. I just tested sorting + data filter and it works fine in my 8.4.2

    Yes they seem to match.

    Do you experience the same issue when loading/viewing the WeatherExample?
