When Ever Kepware is getting the data from the DB/SQL Server, the tags are getting created by the name "table7_channel1_device1_property_name", I don't want table7 in the tag names. I can't rename the 470 tags by manually modifying each and every tag.

What is the best solution?

For what reason do you need to have that removed from the tags?

Since these usually are bound to something else, the tag names are abstracted away for the end user.

for Business logic I need to remove this table6 in the tag names, can it be done?
if it can be done, then how?

I'm not too familiar with how your tags are coming in and how you want to use them.

If you are just pulling a table with tags in it, you can use a regex or something similar perhaps to remove them.
