Descriptive Analytics Microservice issue

Hello,

 

I am reviewing the below guide, and I cannot get past step 6 when trying to execute the service.

 

Descriptive Analytics

I have analytics installed, the server is running along with the installed services, yet I get the message above? Pretty sure I didn't miss anything on the installation of the Analytics Server. Is there an additional extension that is needed?

Hi Thomas,

 

Can you confirm what version of Analytics you installed?  In release 8.4 and 8.5, to use Descriptive Analytics, you need to Install Platform Analytics to use descriptive services.  More information on installing Platform Analytics can be found here in the help center.

I've installed analytics v 8.4.5r1 at the moment.

 

I'll review the install notes and will let you know how I make out.
