Displaying Setpoints and writing the values to a LCD panel

Hello, 

 

I am curious of how to take the data being read from a Allen Bradley PLC and display it directly onto a Industrial LCD panel.  In our case, we are wanting to display the temperature along with a line graph to track whether it is increasing or decreasing.  

 

What is the recommended product to do this on?

Kepware to connect the PLC, Then connect Kepware to ThingWorx and create a mashup to display the line chart.
